The dream
Back in 2015, we conceived the dream for Basecamp – living spaces for dreamers, thinkers and go-getters. We focused on creating communities for students while they complete their studies and being so much more than just standard accommodation. We’re very confident we’ve succeeded.

The first Basecamp
A year later, we were excited to open our very first Basecamp in Denmark, at Sølvgade in Copenhagen – and we’re still here today. It remains a haven for everything that Basecamp stands for – a secure space for our community to learn and grow together.

Three more properties
Fast forward two years, and we’ve opened a further three properties: our first in Łódź in Poland, and a further two in Germany, in Potsdam and Leipzig. We’re getting to know all the wonderful students who pass through our doors, and taking pride in the communities that our living spaces cultivate.

We welcomed our 100th employee to the Basecamp team. It truly does take teamwork to make the dream work and every single person at Basecamp – from the Sales and Marketing team right through to our Basecamp Managers – makes the dream work every day.

Getting settled into your new student home or hotel room couldn’t be easier than it is with Basecamp by Xior. Simply use our flexible booking system to choose one of our centrally-located properties to suit you, and let our friendly Basecamp Managers team do the rest for you.
Everything a student needs
Everything has been prepared. All students have to do is move in and start their studies. We have a combination of flats with common kitchens and studio rooms. All rooms come fully furnished with high speed WIFI throughout the building as well as in all common areas.
